Questions
How many sites can I use the themes on?
As many as you build. Live sites, staging copies and local installs all activate with the same license key, and each one is listed under Sites in your dashboard, where you can deactivate it whenever you like.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your sites keep working exactly as they are. Theme and plugin updates, premium plugin downloads, demo import and the template library pause until you renew.
Can I move a site to a new domain?
Yes. Activate the theme again on the new domain with your key. The old entry can be removed from your dashboard.
How do updates arrive?
Through WordPress, under Dashboard → Updates, the same way as any other theme or plugin, for as long as your membership is active.
Where do I download the themes?
From Downloads in your dashboard. Every theme and premium plugin is there as a ready-to-install zip.
How much is it?
$349 per year, billed yearly in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage billing. Payments, invoices and cancellation are handled in Stripe's secure billing portal.
I bought a Liquid theme on ThemeForest. Does it work here?
ThemeForest purchases stay in the Liquid Portal at portal.liquid-themes.com, which keeps working for them. All-Access is a separate membership with its own license key.
